The Norpak Vertical Stacker solves a fundemental problem with high volume inserter mail output, efficiently sorting mail onto a conveyor.
The Norpak vertical stacker can be easily attached to most envelope inserters and inkjet addressing systems. The 'Windmill' section of the stacker accepts envelopes and rotates them 90 degrees. They are then stacked (vertically) onto a conveyor.
A sort signal from a sensor output will trigger the 'windmill' to offset the stack so that the sorted bundle can be easily picked up and packed by the operator.
