Norpak Machines to Acquire EMC Document Technologies

Norpak is to acquire the manufacturing and technology rights of EMC Document Technologies of Batavia, Illinois.
EMC has a dynamic staff that is passionate about building quality envelope inserting and document processing systems which are principally installed in the USA.
Norpak will be combining the Poly Wrapping Systems designed and manufactured in Bradford, England with the Document Processing Systems designed and manufactured in Batavia. This merger will create greater exposure for both product ranges and provide our dealers and their customers with a complete range of machines for the mailing industry with local service and after sales support.
EMC's skills and knowledge in paper flow technology and Norpak's in poly wrapping will provide the launch pad to develop new and exciting products for the mailing industry.
We aim to offer our customers a level of service and support with cost effective reliable products which cannot be achieved by our competitors.
The acquisition of EMC is part of several strategic alliances which we will be making you aware of in the forth coming months. Norpak's drive is to ensure that we create a strong working relationship with our partners, dealers and most importantly mutual customers for the financial benefit of all involved.
We have several interesting events coming up where our new products will be on show. The first event will be Graph Expo at the McCormick Centre in Chicago on 9-12 September 07.
